Free Apple iPad® With Removal of Wisdom Teeth

The new, fourth-generation 16G Wi-Fi iPad®  with Retina Display has been called “brilliant in every sense of the word.” Dr. Koos and ORA® Oral Surgery & Implant Studio are pleased to announce that all patients who have their wisdom teeth removed during the Spring of 2013, will receive a free Apple iPad® in either black or white.

There is some fine print. (Just a little.)

This promotion is good throughout the Winter/Spring season of 2013 (January 1, 2013 to May 31, 2013). Any patient that has all four of their wisdom teeth removed with sedation by Dr. Koos following a consultation and diagnostic films, and does not utilize dental or medical insurance for the procedure, will receive a new fourth-generation Apple iPad® (16GB WiFi model) in their choice of black or white. Patients do not have to have the procedure completed by the end of the promotion, but rather must simply schedule an appointment for the procedure by the end of the promotion period. iPads are available four weeks after services provided and should be claimed at the South Loop office.
